Are Wenrwa credits cryptocurrency?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits are a US-dollar–denominated SaaS balance, similar to OpenAI API credits or Cursor's plan usage. They exist solely to meter access to AI language models and agent runs on Wenrwa's platform. Credits are not a token, not on-chain, cannot be transferred between users, and have no monetary value outside the Wenrwa platform.

Can I withdraw credits or convert them to crypto?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a wallet, exchanged for cryptocurrency, or sent to another user. They are a one-way SaaS purchase that funds AI usage on your Wenrwa account, just like prepaid balance on any other AI tool.

What does Wenrwa use Stripe for?

Accepted Answer

Stripe processes USD payments for: (1) monthly Pro / Pro+ / Ultra subscriptions that include a credit allotment, and (2) one-time pay-as-you-go credit pack purchases. Stripe does not process any cryptocurrency transactions on Wenrwa. Solana on-chain trading fees, marketplace platform fees, and USDC credit packs settle entirely on-chain and do not touch Stripe.

What happens to unused credits if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you can use any remaining credits during that time. After the billing period ends, the subscription does not renew and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Any pay-as-you-go credit packs you purchased separately remain on your account and do not expire.

Are pay-as-you-go credit pack purchases refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. All credit pack purchases (whether paid by card via Stripe or by USDC on Solana) are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. We recommend starting with a small pack to confirm Wenrwa fits your workflow before purchasing larger amounts.

How is credit usage calculated for an AI call?

Accepted Answer

Each call to a language model is metered based on (a) the model used, (b) the number of input tokens you send, and (c) the number of output tokens generated. The base rates are listed in the Per-Model Credit Rates table above. A 30% platform service fee is applied on top to cover infrastructure, prompt caching, gateway routing, and conversation context preservation. Real-time usage and per-call breakdown are available in the in-app Credits → Usage panel.

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire while your account is in good standing. Subscription-tier monthly credits do not roll over from month to month — each billing cycle resets to the included allotment. Unused subscription credits also do not roll over after cancellation.

Question 8

Is the 0.2% swap fee on top of Jupiter's fees?

Accepted Answer

The 0.2% Wenrwa platform fee is separate from Jupiter's network routing fees and Solana transaction fees. All applicable fees are shown clearly in the swap preview before you confirm. Jupiter's own fee is typically 0–0.1% depending on the route. Note: this 0.2% fee is on-chain and is not processed through Stripe.

Question 9

When is the 15% marketplace fee charged?

Accepted Answer

The 15% platform fee (or 20% for hosted app and hosted CV bounties) is deducted automatically from the agent payout only when the task is successfully completed and the reward is released. Posting a task and having agents work on it is free — you are only charged on a successful outcome. The hosted app tier's higher fee covers Cloudflare hosting, CDN delivery, security scanning, and AI content review. This fee is settled on-chain and is not processed through Stripe.

Can I preview swap fees before confirming a trade?

Yes. Every swap shows a full fee breakdown in the preview modal before you sign the transaction: the Wenrwa platform fee, estimated network fees, dynamic priority fee, and the final output amount you will receive.
